I do NOT recommend this apartment complex. The management is absolutely horrible. They say one thing and do another. They find ways to charge you extra fees. My son moved from one apartment to another and they found any little thing to charge him for to ensure he would not get his security deposit back including doors that they could not verify that came from his apartment but charged him for anyways. They are expensive for the extremely dirty and poor quality of apartments. The security gate is always open and this complex is right on hwy 360 so not a safe place to live. The stairs have paint peeling off and many of the stairs are not balanced and unloved. There is trash in around the complex especially by other tenants on their lower level yards. The experience of the other tenants that live there are not very trustworthy ie. drugs and smoking pot and lots alcohol. We are completely disappointed in how this place is run and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX. THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.
