The house was not cleaned & had not been fixed when we moved in. The fridge, towel bar, water heater, and washing machine broke while we were there. Leasing agent was not responsive & later let go. We were given the only copies of keys (should have been landlords responsibility). We cleaned up the house & were honest that we misplaced a key. She made us pay $155to rekey the shed. Also lied and said the agitator on the washing machine was the only thing that needed to be replaced & didn’t tell us until I asked where the rest of my refund was that it was to be so called completely replaced. We fixed of things for her like the mailbox got run into by a teenager. Since multiple things were broken prior we were the ones whom had to wait all day for the technicians to come and half the time had to come back a. Couple of times. And never did she have her leasing agent help out with that. It was never convenient for us to really be there & half the time she booked it and told us after like we didn’t work. And she had us show the house to the next tenant. Overall just dissatisfied and disappointed. I hope no one has to deal with this landlord. She acts nice, but truly she just uses you.
