*holding tank not a septic lied about that on the walk through Unsafe railings Not certified electric work Mushrooms growing from the carpet Holding tank back up carpets not cleaned for over a month Not responsive Non working amenities- shower, hot water, water pressure at all. A/c that doesn’t cool the house ( we bought two more and it’s just cutting it ) Water flowing in from rain not fixed just filled in with caulking. Still molding the trim. Told us electrical to the garage would be done on week one. Still not done it’s been almost 2 months. No invoices or bills you just pay him and hope it gets done. Was told our only responsibilities were rent and electric and sanitation. Turns out the holding tank needs to be pumped every other week at $200 that he has no anticipation to cover. Propane tank not up to code Spiral staircase not up to code or safe for adults/children -they are not secure.
