Many complaints are circulating about failure of management to do repairs. I have a rear patio which has need repair for 2 years ( is dangerous and unusable ) and a kitchen floor with a hole in it (9 months). The owners seem willing to do the work but, the management company doesn't. Kalashine makes excuses to avoid the work but, does not hesitate to raise the rent every 6 months or evict if payment is even one day late.
