The picture is of Garbage Recycle area at this complex. What you see is not the worse part, we have homeless people digging , ripping bags open, taking what ever they want even mail in shopping carts, bicycles and strewing the garbage as they go. It is dangerous to dispose our garbage at night as raccoon, rats and vagrants frequent it. I have complained, made suggestions to the office managers to no avail. This is reflective of many issues residents here face, money seems to be the only concern this overprice property address or care about.
