This Kim Bacon person is an absolute abomination. I complained about something & she told me to stop all communication with the accounting dept. which is now being accused of a massive loss of 30K & they refuse to have their books looked at. The homeowners need to band together and get something done about this person and about how"accounting business" is handled by her. A 30K loss is no small matter. She needs to be audited by a legal firm. She never answers complaints either.

Kim Bacon at Mastino Management has been deliberately unresponsive to my inquiries. She admitted that she only answers questions once, so duplicate questions are not responded to. She deliberately lied in an email about my comments, and 'published' that lie in emails to other individuals. She referred me to someone without giving contact information so I was unable to locate what I was searching for. When I continued requesting information that should have been available to me, she cut off communication.

Since I have been living on this property each time it has snowed this management company has NOT has the snow removed from the parking lot or off walkways or streets around the complex but ONE time after so many people attended an HOA meeting and complained. Subsequent snow storms have never been addressed relative to snow removal. Cars have stayed parked for weeks because they couldn't get out of the drifts. The HOA is run by the PM company, which seems odd to me. The just recently increased the fees by $100.00 and they are forcing residents to upgrade their patios from a company that the HOA is choosing.
