Weed smoking throughout entire complex , Bad lighting, Large dogs, Pest problem Management looks the other way

Echelon Park apartments have bad lighting, if you leave out early morning as i do or your kids leave out early morning the property is very dark. The lighting sucks at this property. I have to wake my husband daily just to walk me to the car. LED lighting would be nice but sadly someone have to get hurt before anything is done usually.
