The absolute worst landlord! He is actually a -10! He never keeps his word regarding any repairs, you ONLY hear from him when the rent is due & anything that has to do with fixing things he's going to tell you about his upcoming surgeries & recovery which pushes his responsibilities off. He's extremely rude & condescending towards his tenants.
