Common areas of the building smell like mold/musty. Landlord failed to take care of a slow leak and now I'm getting sick from the mold. Landlord and contractor both lied about contractor having a New York State Issued Mold Assessor License. Failed to comply with HPD complaint about mold and cleanup. Also front door is not secure and HPD requires a self closing door for my apartment and Landlord failed to correct any and all HPD violations.
