This property is not worth the cost, I was charged $975/month for an attic, the house was not level which caused issues with simple tasks such as cooking and level furniture, the kitchen and bathroom have no ventilation so cooking anything is impossible without the house getting smoky or too hot. The heating in the house did not work without setting off the fire/heat detectors in the place and smelling horrible even after a cleaning. It is an all electric apartment which gets very expensive! There is no parking and finding on street parking on this street is impossible especially winter time. There is no laundry even though we were told after a certain amount of time a washer and dryer would be put in for us to use. The stairs are very narrow so very large furniture will not make it up to the apartment, not even a box spring without marking the walls. Lastly as nice as our landlord was, they were invasive and rude and unwilling to talk about issues that we had when it came time to choose to stay or move out. Simply put, this place is not worth staying in for any more than $700 a month at most. I am happy to have left this apartment behind.
