Awful. Our family of 7 is homeless now because of what the managers did. The owners we're fine. The neighbor children we're destroying the property. I didn't want our children to be blamed, so we stopped letting our kids go outside. One day, I watched a boy rip the fence apart while his mother wasn't paying attention. I planned on telling the managers about it, but my family was in the car, ready to leave. I have brain damage so I forget. I forgot to let the managers know about the fence. Next thing I know, we received a letter telling us that we had to move because of the fence. We got proof by receiving written letters from other neighbors who watched the damage happening to the fence. They tried charging us many thousands of dollars for normal wear and tear, like several years old dirty carpets. I went to check out our place the day before we moved in. Someone was moving out with his dog. There was no time for carpet replacements and cleaning. When moving in, I was eaten alive by fleas. I felt very bullied and horrible treatment. Mold was ignored by them. We still suffer with homelessness for 2 years so far. The managers will only say bad things about us. We won't be able to get a new place. We've tried for years.
