I cannot say enough good things about my apartment and the kindness of Sandra and Harry. I have lived here 3 yrs going on 4 soon and have never had any problems. If anything needs maintenance they are there the same day and handle the situation immediately. They make sure that our walkways and courtyard are shoveled in the winter so I can walk my pup which is terrific. They also make sure our parking lot is plowed. If a spot isn't it is because a tenant has not done their due diligence to move their vehicle so the spot can be cleaned. Everything is kept neat and clean in the halls and the laundry room. My building is nice and quiet which I cannot stress enough is so important...I like Peace and quiet and not to be bothered! The apartments are a nice size (full kitchen which in many apartments you do not get anymore) and up to date! They have windows in every room to let in the beautiful light and offers a great cross breeze in the spring and summer months! We have a washer and dryer on the ground floor and it is very reasonable and kept nice and clean. Our doors are locked for security which is very nice so that you do not have strangers entering. Its also located in a close area of Jewel, Walmart, Walgreens, Shell Gas Station, Beautiful Busse Woods, and several restaurants. If you long for a show for entertainment Woodfield Mall with AMC theater is only 15 minutes away! I recommend anyone looking for a nice safe and respectable residence to come to our little apartment community. Sandra and Harry are like family to me and my fur babies! I love it here!!
