This review is to make aware people searching for apartments the rather false advertising used by the property management company that took over managing The Kirk Apartments as of March, 2018. The photos used to portray available units on The Kirk Apartment website, thekirkapts.com, as well as on the property managements website, cornerstoneresidentialmgt.com are photos of HOTEL ROOMS ONLY that existed in one wing of the building before it was purchased and Cornerstone took over its management. These hotel rooms were demolished for renovation and no longer exist. All other photos used for marketing on either website are also photos from before the purchase and do not in any way depict what the property offers potential residents in the way of its lobby, grounds or amenities. They have incorporated NO photos accurately showing consumers the current state of any available apartments, public areas or grounds. The photo attached to this review was taken by a potential resident on a tour of the building in April, 2018 of the lobby. Please compare it with the lobby photo used to market this property on its website. Also, the majority of reviews posted for this property since March, 2018, were posted by the management company or affiliates of them and not actual residents.
