Do not live here. Troy DeWitt is a horrible landlord, and the premise is dangerous (the back porch warped and decayed; front stairs crumbling, etc.). If you need anything repaired it would require persistence on your part and still won’t be complete for at least 5 months. We had black mold growing in our bathroom for 2 and half years before they did anything. I know rent is cheap and it’s near the green line but those are literally the only good things.
