DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived there for only a few months . Had numerous maintenance problems with the unit. Problems that should have been fixed if the unit had a proper inspection be conducted prior to being leased. Be prepared to have ROACHES! Especially in the kitchen. After making several written complaints, I was promised to be moved to another unit or major issues in the unit would fixed. Never happened. They make promises and add stipulations and conditions to them. In the end this community is not true to their word. There was also a high turnover with staff in the leasing office. Overall I was very dissatisfied with this community. The only plus was that the area was quiet and peaceful. Take my advice and pass this community up. This community's response will say that they we're sorry that my stay wasn't a good one, but they are not sincere about it at all.
