Awful landlords.. landlord/ property manager don’t get back to questions/concerns on time. Sometimes takes months to fix a problem. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything so privacy is not great. Seems as if the property manager doesn’t take her job seriously at all. Just and FYI... I won’t be renting here again and wouldn’t recommend it either. I don’t regret many things, but this I absolutely regret signing a lease to.. oh and the HVAC heating on the second story is completely skewed there are 20 degree fluctuations from upstairs and downstairs. The list goes on but I’m a busy man. Just my two cents.
