They change lease agreement for financial gain. Every year, always something added for as money wise to your lease agreement, regardless if you ask for it or not. The rental office is lack of staff (all way), and if they make a mistake, you will pay for it. No need of calling the corporate office, because they are on the same page or worst then the rental office. I know you go into business to make money, but there is no need to just keep charging your renters. Can wait until my lease is up
