Property is in need of repair. There are inch wide cracks between the baseboards and floors that let in bugs. There is huge holes in the closet walls. The tornado shelter is flooded and the door is broken. The windows are cheap cause expensive utilities. The plumber is called out often. The house honestly is not worth $1,200 in rent per month. The only way he is able to charge that much is because of the neighborhood. Also the landlord Toby and his stuck up wife are just terrible people. Do not rent this overpriced shit house.
