I would rate zero if I could. This landlord is out to scam as many people as possible. People come and go quickly with these properties. He does not provide anything in the contract. He violated our lease is several ways, yet tried to charge us money upon move out. Our sink fell though the cabinet (3 year old house) and he refused to fix it. Our oven broke a week before thanksgiving and he ignored our calls and texts, so we had to fix it ourselves so we could have thanksgiving dinner. We left the house pristine, fixing many things that he said he would repair when we moved in, but never did. He refused to provide the paint or paint color for the trim but charged for trim not being painted. He charged for yard care when there was only dirt outside for a year. These were just a few of the issues. Renter beware!
