Horrible landlords that knowingly rent inhabitable apartments again and again. They do not repair anything and will only respond to you once you start holding your rent. Then they respond with an eviction notice. Five people have moved in and moved out in the apartment below me in the last 2 years because their apartment floods due to broken pipes, and broken toilets. Then entire 3 story home smells like methane because they basement is filled with backed up sewage. There are rats and raccoons living in the grass that is never mowed, and my cat was killed by the raccoon. There is mold from floor to ceiling going up the back stairs of the property and the landlords did not provide heat the entire winter.
