Landlord is very particular about the lawn amd garden beds. If they happen to be in town amd drive by and it is not picture perfect they will call and text repeatedly. Cheap blinds will break just opening them. No instruction on how to hang plywood on windows for hurricane prep, there is no faster or anything on walls outside the home. Fridge is blocked into corner so cannot move to clean behind it. Fence and gate need some repairs. Really not sure how the decorative shutters will hold up, there is gaps everywhere. A/C is problematic, likes to back up or freeze over, flooding the floor.

Nice at first. Very very nit picky on many aspects. Expect above and beyond from tenants, at tenant expense. Do not fully grasp concept of normal wear and tear on a home. Often do very cheap or quick repairs but expect much more from tenant, at high cost. Will do/say anything to avoid refunding deposit, regardless of condition home is left in. A couple nails in a wall is not end of the world. Especially when 90% were removed, covered and repainted. Literally were upset at dust on the exterior windows.
