No garbage disposal, no dishwasher, kitchen backsplash, floodprone rock parking, hard water, not well maintained, mold in unit next door from flooring and potential mold in ceiling after leak damaged was never repaired . Wall rot inside heat and cooling closet as a result of, faulty a/c and failure to address water damage . New property owner wants to increase rent on property by $300. Per month. Have not addressed any issues with units and has not provided tennets with a # to reach them, attempts to reach them on their personal number have been ignored .
