I would leave a negative star review if possible. Alcoholic’s that feel entitled to carry on and everyone else just has to deal with it. Drug dealing, drug addicts constant drug dealing traffic. People nodding off outside . Cigarette smoke fills the building. Dog feces all in the yard area. Property manager takes advantage of non renters rights from North Dakota. Never endorses the lease unless you owe money. Not worth the cost or lack of management. They just want your money. Did not replace or repair anything told when initially moved in. Worse place in North Fargo. Do not deal with Baumbach real estate/property management .
