They’re not exactly bad people, but they aren’t good landlords. The price considering the location is above and next to two very loud bars is ridiculous. Not sure this place is even safe considering the way the upper level shakes from multiple things like when they are dancing in the bar downstairs. The landlords also told us when we moved in that we would have garbage and recycling included unless it became necessary to get another can and even though it never became necessary they are constantly not giving us access to them even though they said they’d leave both bins out for us the night before trash days. They also charge extra for extra people but when the extra people were moving they wouldn’t lower it back accordingly to its original price. Like I said, I don’t think they are bad people, just not good landlords.
