Roach and termite infestation. Leaky roofs/ceilings unbalanced foundation cracked walls poor insulation out dated windows mold poor pluming the building basically should be condemned. The property owner(s) could care less about the well being of tenants but want to be paid. The owner(s) own several other properties as well as businesses yet lack compassion for keeping it professional. The upkeep up to date as well as up to code. Half the building is vacant and should be inspected by housing authority before they are even allowed to keep renting poorly kept dwellings
