I've been here about two months now and it's been an absolute nightmare. I was excited when I moved here thinking those spent 4.8 million dollars renovating this place and it's going to be in Tip-Top condition and I really needed that however nothing much has been done that I can see where that money was spent. There are sewer problems out here major sewer problems for that matter. Also flooding Apartments get flooded out here completely if you're not here to soak up the water putting all your towels and quilts and anything you possibly can to stop the water from coming in cuz it pours in and it's nothing but a gutter problem and they will not replace the gutters. The management doesn't seem to care about much of anything and make promises over and over again that they can't keep or don't keep. If you have an emergency they don't respond. This is not a place you want to be and there's been a murder since I've lived here alone with one building burned down and I don't think it's safe so I would not recommend this place at all find somewhere else to go.
