Childish, unprofessional and legally out of control rental company. I’ve had many issues here including but not limited to; paying for other units utilities bills because they were hooked up to my lines, rambunctious and destructive neighbors who I share a wall with(once shattered my bathroom mirror due to them SLAMMING things against the wall, and not cashing my rent checks for well over 9 days after payment and blamed me for late payment when the check was dropped off on the 1st. The owner also HARASSED my mother when she dropped off my rent check while I was out of town. The maintenance crew shows up with no notice for MAJOR work done to my apartment leaving a massive mess for me to clean up (6 large conduits from floor to ceiling in my hall closet for central A/C) for another unit they are now renting out as an Airbnb. I have written (text messages) evidence of everything. This company should be shut down for their ill, legally pursuable, management. Absolutely despicable. I have half a mind to sue.
