3 stories, 10 individual rooms/rental units each with their own keypad locked door: 4 rooms upstairs, 3 on the main floor, and 3 downstairs. One shared kitchen and dining room. Plus there are two more units attached to the house but 1 is rented as a separate apartment and the other is an air bnb even though there's only an uninsulated door separating them from the main house. There's a garage but you can't use it. It's full of the owner's junk. The owners are a horrible, money grubbing, scandalous family that will try to get every penny from renters. The rent is very expensive rent as it is but then, renters get nickel and dimed and penalized or upcharged whenever the owner wants. It's an NB extra charge to have a guest. There's an additional mandatory monthly charge for a cleaning service. And whenever the owner thinks the supposedly "included" utilities are too high, she'll charge everyone a fee. There's an extra charge every month for a cable box to watch tv. Also the Wi-fi doesn't work because theres too many people on it and the owner is too cheap to fix it. There's not even a pool at this location even though they advertise that there is. It's next door. But the owner and her family throw get togethers every weekend in the summer so you can't use it anyway. And don't assume the high rent gives you a nice room with the assumption of privacy in the house because there are surveillance cameras everywhere- both outside and INSIDE the house on every floor! Also, the owner controls the heating and AC and won't let the people who live there adjust it without threats of more extra charges. There are rats running around the balconies too. Do not rent from this greedy unethical family unless you like drama and paying too much.
