Do not rent there. The room is in the basement that you will be roommate with the landlady's 42 years old son that has marital issues. When you encountered some problems about the place, the mother and son teamed against you...the basement is still renovating after 2 months since its done by the landlady's son. After they moved the washer and dryer to another corner...the hot water tank sounded weird....They don't care about the well being of tenants. They just want the rent..they are very selfish...they also overcharged for a room in a basement ...you need to share a bathroom and kitchen with 4 people...weekend can be up to 6 people...I told them it's too noisy since the laundry run daily plus the renovation....They made me move I lost half of the month rent...beware this place ..don't waste your money...There are a lot of Rooms in Windsor has better conditions and cheaper rent....
