These landlords Mark Stuart and Anita Stuart at 1363 Idaho Street in Santa Clara California rented a home to us without giving full disclosure of the home safety and gardening issues. 1. Behind the tiny backyard of this mini house is an apartment complex for Section 8 housing. People use the back of the complex which is against the back of the house to constantly smoke cigarettes, pot, scream, fight at all hours of the night and climb over our fence on multiple occasions in order to try to break into the house. It was an intolerable place to live and they no doubt knew about it. 2. Anita and Mark Stuart in San Diego rented their 1363 Idaho Street to us without letting us know about the extremely invasive plants they had planted in their yard. This ended up costing us money to hire professionals and spend several hours ourselves (even though there was supposed to be a gardener to do that) attempting to get the plants under control. It ended up with bamboo shoots and raspberry bush shoots up rooting the grass, the planting areas and even the concrete. Regardless, this is an unsafe home in which to live. Buyer or renter beware. These are not honest people and the house sits in one of the most dangerous, unsafe places that exist.
