I'D SAY SOMETHING ELSE, BUT ENOUGH FEELINGS GOT HURT LAST WINTER/FALL, AND TENANT/LANDLORD MISUNDERSTANDING(S), (AND VICE VERSUS) WHICH I FEEL GUILTY ABOUT CURRENTLY.........TIME MACHINE QUICK!!!!! I WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP AND SAVE SOME STRAY STREET ANIMALS IS ALL ON MY APARTMENT LANDLORD'S PROPERTY(S) IN GREENVILLE, TEXAS/TX. IS ALL!!!! YEAH WHATEVER.......IN LIGHT OF LAST FALL, I'D NEVER RENT HERE EVER AGAIN IF EVER BEFORE PRIOR.......OR ANY APARTMENT(S) EVER AGAIN IF EVER BEFORE PRIOR........

Very poorly kept up.lived there 3years. Had black mold on carpet. Rust in water and foul odor in water. Would take forever to get repairs made.when they were made it was always blamed on us as something we did. Landlord played favorites and let certain remnants do whatever they wanted. My special needs kids were blamed for everything that happened. Septic tank backed up twice in three years and we were blamed both times.we had toilet water and fecal matter in our apt for an entire wknd twice no stove for 2 wks no fridge 5 days.pay more and rent some where else not good land lords
