Newman Properties barely maintains the property at all. Any time anything has been fixed or maintained, it breaks within 3 months or replaced with refurbished appliances. The landlord is quick to blame the tenant for any problem that is voiced with the apartment. The apartment has cracks and holes such that it's easy to break into, especially for bugs. Constant issues with bugs that neither pest control nor repellant and other measures could not fix. Mold ended up forming in the apartment because of insufficient flood control measures.
