Serious mold issues. Waited over a year and heat was never fixed. Random people will enter apartments and no notice is given so be ready for people you don't know to just walk in. Landlord tried to evict me with zero notice, I told him it was illegal so he said he will be evicting me for Christmas even tho I have always paid in full and on time despite all the issues with the building. And I didn't even get 30 days notice, so I'm now scrambling to arrange everything while my child is hospitalized. My lawyer tried to request more time but he is completely unreasonable and seems to have something against single mothers since he evicted all the single moms first.
