Laundry is shared and landlord abandons their laundry for days and expects for a tenant to move it. Landlord refused to attend move in inspection. Landlord didn't allow to be present at move out inspection. Landlord who lives upstairs is very loud walker and it seems as the ceiling would fall down on a tenants apartment.
