I just renewed my lease for the first time with Delaware on Primrose. Overall, I do like living here and enjoy being able to call this place home. However, there have been some issues with management since I moved in. As other reviews state, the biggest concern is the lack of maintenance. I do not know if this is due to how maintenance employees are treated/payed but I have lived in other properties that have consistent maintenance employees because it is a well payed and desirable job. I do believe if they have an issue maintaining maintenance workers, they need to look at how to make their experience better so they don’t want to leave. Overall, I do love my apartment and think it is a great place to live, but there are significant issues with communication between tenants and property management staff that I hope are addressed as I continue living here.

This property has something for everyone! W/D hookups, laundry facilities, a dog park, basketball court and BBQ grills! The neighbors are friendly and the leasing agent is very friendly! Delaware on Primrose is definitely a great place to live!!
