Poor communication from both owner and property management. Owner will get pissy and rude to you for putting in maintenance requests. Property management sends in maintenance who leave behind their mess for you to clean up. Cannot be late with rent even if you pay the late rent fee otherwise the owner will personally be your nagging mom asking non-stop. Property management charges for anything and will claim things they haven't done so you have surprise charges. Avoid this terrible property management and rude owner that will blame you for any maintenance requests.
