Upon being shown the rental the property manager didnt have the house key so he broke into the home via back window, i was told that the place hadcentral air conditioning. Fast forward to signing the lease, the property manager yet again didnt bring the keys so again had to break in via the back window, it was 98°f outside so i went to go turn on the said air conditioner just to find out that all the house has is heat. I was forced to go spend extra unneeded money on 2 air conditioners. Fast forward to 1 week in the unit. The sink leaks, the dish disposal rusted through, the water heater leaked, the kitchen flooring was wrinkly. I contaced the landlord to have him come over to fix it all. Upon him entering my unit he started blaming me for every single thing that was wrong along with a crack in the foundation that had a tire on it. He then proceeded to threaten thaat i willnever get my deposit back because he thinks i broke everything. Randomly through out my stay i would catch him peaking through the fence and would sit there starring at me. I caught him looking through my windows and would hand out warnings like they are candy. Said warnings had only accusation and no actual violations. He drove me crazy and pushed me out of the lease do yourself a favor and stay far awayfrom this property. That place is a rats nest and has mold in it. He plays the same song on his horn everysingle night. STAY FAR AWAY
