S**** is terrible. We have been without lights since December 16, 2017 and it's now January 19, 2018 and the reason is because he had the electricity hooked up ILLEGAL since 2007. BGE has been out 3x to try and reconnect service but failed each time because the wires we so wrong in the house. He only cares about rent money and won't fix any problems. So we filed an escrow case and he hasn't even shown up to court for the last 2 court dates.
