I'm giving honest review. I stayed in apt 307 starting 1st Apr 2016 to 30th June 2018. Landlord had only returned $1000 out of $3900 from security deposit. Even for normal wear and tear and repaint (which is owners responsibility), he'll deduct from deposit. Please be careful before taking this apartment.
