Not very reliable when it comes to getting things fixed in the apartment units and the apartment building it self. The pipes are extremely old and tenants have issues with plumbing every so often. Sometimes it takes the landlord 2 weeks before getting anyone to come look into your complaint. The closet doors do not glide properly and are constantly getting stuck.
