Horrible duplexs landlord was found to be illegally entering houses. Doesnt fix anything jerry reeves is the lanlord. He has taken almost every tenant to court, that he has had. I won a 9500 dollar settlement from the court and rent was 400 untill he fixed the place. Which he never did it was a 3 bedroom in west linn(very expensive) Small claims court and fed court are 2 things you have to worry about when renting from him. Beware this man is a multi millionaire with nothing but time and greed on his mind. He will try to sue you so make sure you get receipts for every thing. He brought an old tenant to our court as a witness and my lawyer while the guy was on the stand informed him that jerry had filed 2 cases against him which he was unaware of he told the truth after that point.. This is what you will deal with if renting from jerry reeves not just this location he has multiple properties
